hi all,
mamadou on imc-kenya responded quickly to my email:

hi mamadou - i know almost nothing about your collective - except for
what's here:
https://docs.indymedia.org/view/Local/NewImcKenya
and on the imc-kenya and imc-africa mailing list archives.
If you are someone active in the collective, i'm sure you could volunteer
as one of the admins... :)

People on #ahimsa on irc said that kenya uses sf-active software.
If blicero is busy, just ask around and hopefully someone else (who knows
sf-active) should be able to help - josh says he's a linux techie:

josh - my suggestion is download sf-active and experiment with it
locally - i don't know sf-active (and i'm not going to Nairobi, so i
should probably shut up soon...) -

i think imc africa and kenya people will tell you more concretely how
you can be supportive. The imc-africa list seems quite lively and
mamadou replied on imc-kenya.
Since the kenya server is on ahimsa, the two obvious methods of
contact are:
email: ahimsa-tech at lists.indymedia.org
irc: #ahimsa http://irc.indymedia.org
