[Imc-africa] wsf : a few questions for radio

a few questions:
   
  1-timezone of kenya, related to GMT 
   
  2- streams:
  what is expected:
  a- live streams from the discussions, audio / vid
  b - edited "shows" - highlights from the day, which could be rebroadcast by various net and teresstrial stations
  c - 2 way capabilitity with nodes outside being able to "participate" 
  d - nodes outside in communication with each other, still part of and within the "wsf" framework, ie - various local assemblies in one connected radio streamed discussion : a possible "where is indymedia today, where is it going..."
  e - sreaming earlier recorded "talks" so that the channel has stuff on 24 hours
   
  3- languages, im supposing mostly in english, will there be others, is there many local dialects in naorobi
  4- main digital communication space while forum is on, imc-kenya, a blog within the WSF structure, other
