This is very exciting!  Thanks Chekov, and to everyone from every 
local IMC who responded to our call for funds.

Sphinx, is there any update on the transfer of funds from our 
imc-africa paypal account?  Have we been able to connect with anyone 
who is going to be in Kenya to make sure the money gets there?  If 
that connection is made, we can tell Chekov to send the money through 
paypal and we can just deal with it that way.  Also, Barb from 
Imc-Austria has promised to give 100 Euros from an imc-austria fundraiser.

With all that money (more than $1000?) we really do have to come to a 
decision on how it's being used.  John, Fabian, Andy, what are the 
most pressing financial needs "on-the-ground" right now?  Should we 
put the money toward delegates and transportation?  (would that even 
be helpful with the visa situation?)  Is there any tech equipment 
that we don't have money to buy?
