[Imc-africa] imc-africa PLEASE talk with kibera community and Macharia..

Dunk, I really want to work with people in Kibera, and especially see if 
Prometheus can get them set up with a small transmitter, and in talking 
to other Prometheus folks, it seemed it wasn't certain that there was a 
group in Kibera looking for a collaboration.  I arrive Saturday night 
and will push this information.  There is definitely a willingness to do 
something like this, and I will lean in that direction from the 
Prometheus angle.
