ah, that email only went to the imc-africa list, not to the global 
www-features list. so that's why the delay.

i just uploaded the english version of this -- as of yet it hasn't shown 
up. Is there normally a delay on this server?

there are also french and spanish versions on the wiki, but I don't know 
how to add the translations in the way that links correctly - should I 
do this from the admin? Could someone on www-features help?
