Awesome, I will look at these links.  Very exciting!

I am just a volunteer, and I only have a skeleton of an idea of what is 
really happening on the ground and what the barriers might be, so 
obviously I can't promise anything.  But there was conversation about 
some kind of collaboration in Kibera early in the planning phase, so I 
will see what happens!  I work closely with Andy (and Hannah, Josh, 
Elena) but yes, i will have a phone there... 254 727 804 415.

Can you send me instructions off-list about setting up a node?  (Maybe 
you have already and I missed it...)  I'm assuming this is just a fancy 
stream of some sort?  I really don't know where my skills will be 
plugged in once I get there, what the streaming situation is, etc etc, 
but if I can do this, I'll be happy to.

And the hour draws near... :-D
