Well...i bet vox could run another mir site(this would make sense if
philly was going to take on longish-term tech support for the kenya
crew).  I can try and set one up today or tomorrow - it would be best
to do a training while people with mir knowledge were still around...

How much old data would need to be ported over?  Could it be done by
hand?
