[Imc-africa] Update from Kenya --> QUESTION FROM WWW-FEATURES

Hi,
see emails by kwadronaut to imc-africa: the existing Kenya website only
needs to be re-activated - I think there is not really need to talk
about hosting. Unless there is a reason why the existing site shouldn't
be used, but I didn't see that.
Basically all information to re-activate is there. What is needed is a
signal and clear directions by imcistas from Kenya.
