Oscar's trouble publishing his story got me thinking that one way to 
have prevented the story from being completely lost would be to have 
written and edited it in Google Docs.  There would be a copy in a 
reasonably safe place (storage-wise...can't speak to censoring or 
spying), and he could give one or more others access to look it over, 
make comments, print, type, enter into the site, etc.  He wouldn't need 
to pay for a usb drive, cdrom, floppy disk, etc.  Maybe this is worth 
suggesting, if the problem Oscar had is one that he or others might face 
again?
