This can be put in a more constructive and positive way: the action re-launching
the site will give rise to a grounded reconsideration of how the collective
collapsed.

Are you saying that we need to establish what nobody else has resolved before
having an IMC? Don't get me wrong, these are ummmm interesting questions ...
but that other collectives have been productive over time indicates that these
questions /don't/ need to be answered before engaging the project.

Of course? Oh ... well, since it's obvious, then I'm not out of line in asking
just how an entire team is needed in order to launch a site for viewing.
Isn't it editing and feature work that takes the effort? Isn't it the undending
stream of problems that arise from posting that requires constant attention?
Thanks for this ... if I was less interested in giving people access to the
historical record and more interested in a post-mortume I could start here.
