[Imc-alternatives] lists for outreach/pga

Hello everyone,

There was a small pga chat online today, with just a few people, where I
mentioned the prospects of the new IMC. Their response (after a long scream
of euphoria...'ahhhhhhh', and some virtual and intergalactic brow-raising)
was that the best thing to do would be to send a call-out to the lists.
Since most people are highly involved in local projects, it is not likely
you will be flooded with responses. But, if you are still cautious in making
such a wide-spread appeal, I can try to select out of all of them, a smaller
quantity of lists to begin with, and on the side, a small list of emails of
people I personally know, who would also, well,...scream for joy, as well as
devote time to the editorial process.

Does that sound ok?
