Sounds like we have a winner! It's option #2:
2) Sunday/Monday -- 22:00 GMT
-- Sydney: 8am Monday morning
-- Amsterdam: midnight Sunday/Monday
-- London: 11pm Sunday
-- Philadelphia: 6pm Sunday
-- Seattle/Portland: 3pm Sunday

I think few of us will be able to commit to being in the chat room at
that time every week, but we can give it a go and see what
happens. I'll do my best to be there. I think weekly reports, even
if the report is "nothing happened this week," will help give some
structure and forward motion to the process here. (by the way, the
PhillyIMC is making progress on its side of things, so even if we're
muddling about on this list, there have been some advances).
As for being in the #alternatives chat room more often, that sounds
wonderful. I've been online very little this summer -- well, very
little compared to my usual online habits -- and haven't made a point
of being in the IRC room when I'm using the internet, but I'll try to
remember to sign in when I'm able.
