[Imc-alternatives] conference calls

Philadelphia has a local dial-up number for Blasterisk.  I called it and it worked!  Looks like a good system. Is it pretty reliable?  Eg does it stay up 95% of the time?

Perhaps once we settle on a IRC chat time, we could have a conference call once/month at that time.
