[Imc-alternatives] agile development

Hi alternatives team,

I encourage everyone to read the documents Josh posted at the below 
links.  The first is about "agile development," which is a suggestion 
for how we can go about developing our site:

The second is a number of "user-stories" Josh pulled together based 
upon what we've been talking about having the alternatives site do:
http://www.openplans.org/projects/imc-alternatives/user-stories

Does the idea of "agile development" sound like a reasonable way to 
proceed, rather than the "waterfall" method?  Actually, it sounds 
like what we're already doing, we just may now have a name for it.
