[Imc-alternatives] [phillyimc-web] user-stories: drupal or something else?

Great!  I guess a second part of the question that would be important 
to alternatives IMC site development is, which of these are things 
the PhillyIMC is already planning do to with its site?

In my mind I'm working toward breaking Josh's one list into three 
general columns:
1) the user-stories that are going to be fulfilled by the PhillyIMC drupal site
2) the user-stories beyond what the PhillyIMC is already planning to 
do that can be fulfilled easily by Drupal, with modules the 
alternatives IMC development team will have to add after the 
PhillyIMC site coding is done
3) the user-stories for which the alternatives IMC site would need to 
partner with other software.
