[Imc-alternatives] draft: new alternatives invite

Thanks for putting time into this. I think it would be worth adding a mention of
the role that Philly techs are playing. Anyone who wants to contribute at the
tech level will soon get frustrated if they don't understand our development
roadmap.

I am assuming we have consensus on the idea of starting with a traditional IMC
site and rolling out additional networking features as they become stable. This
means that we want techs to:
1) help with the work on IndyDrupal - something that will benefit the whole IMC
network - using Philly (or their own indymedia site I guess) as a testbed
2) once a stable IndyDrupal has been successfully implemented, set up an
iteration for AlternativesIMC
3) work on adding the other features we want (by directly hacking on IndyDrupal
or integrating existing code from projects like ActivismNetwork and Crabgrass)
4) add these features modules to the working site as they become usable

Does this fit in with how the techs on this list currently see things? Maybe
this is something we could discuss at the check-in tommorrow.
