Design
I have a friend who might be interested in helping out with design 
coordinating. He's slightly busy now, but once he moves/settles in his 
new place, he will have more time (if he decides to take us up on this).

Philly Example
I'm generally waiting for the philly site to get up and running, to then 
install Activism Network on part of the site - if people are up for it.

iCal and Standards
Otherwise, I'm doing some work on Activism Network to get it in the best 
shape possible - like I recently added iCal feeds.  So all the events 
are exported into iCal, making it a lot easier to use them on other 
sites (and possibly combine with other calendars), including Drupal 
sites, as well as other calendaring software.  iCal is pretty cool. It's 
a commonly used standard.  For other things (people, groups, resources) 
- there isn't a common standard.  Hmm, developing a news-wire article 
standard might be a good imc-tech project.

IRCs
Unfortunately I'm going to have a conflict with almost all Sundays irc 
meetings. A month or two down the road, we might try having an 
alternative meeting time if there are other people who also have a 
conflict.  But I don't want to reschedule it now and mess it up while 
it's just starting =)
