Not that we have to do a whole job interview for design volunteers -- 
beggars can't be choosers, as they say -- but should we check out 
some of his work just to get a sense of how enthusiastically we 
should goad him into taking this task?  A couple links to his web 
work would be great.

Who else out there can't make it at the current time but would like 
to participate in the weekly meetings?  If there are enough, we 
should try to shift the time.
