[Imc-alternatives] cms choice update

Hi alternatives,

Well, there isn't really much of an update, it's more just an excuse 
to say hi.  Hi!

A couple weeks ago I sent a whole lot of information to Ryan about 
the Alternatives project for him to pass around the indymedia tech 
world.  As I may have mentioned, they haven't done too much in the 
way of discussing content and development of features, which is 
something we've explored a lot here, at least in theory (i.e. how 
users will relate to the site -- our "user stories").  Once a CMS 
decision has been made, which Ryan thinks will happen soon, there 
will be a push to open a features working group.

We can definitely contribute the documents we've developed for the 
Alternatives project.  If the work really aligns with what we're 
doing here -- especially if we choose to go with the CMS the techies 
pick and they agree to help us build our site  -- I'll try to find 
time to be part of that working group.
