[Imc-alternatives] topic test (was Re: [tech] test)

Sorry about that. I'm trying to figure out how to use the topic  
filter. Please feel free to ignore any further tests that come through.

Even once the topics are defined by the admin, each list subscriber  
needs to login to Mailman and adjust their own settings. I'm starting  
to think it might be easier to just ask people to precede their  
subject header with one of a set of pre-agreed tags like [tech] or  
[content]. Most people know how to use email filters at their end and  
we can help anyone who doesn't.
