[Imc-alternatives] indycore page layout suggestion

When rendered on a text only browser the site as coded now has about 200 
lines of links at the top of the page prior to getting to the page 
specific content. This is generally seen as bad design for visually 
impaired folks who use this sort of browser with screen readers or other 
  such systems if it can be avoided.

Would it be a hassle to put some of the more generic links <div>'s 
further down the flow of the page?
