On Thursday we didn't talk about the geographic scope of the
PhillyIMC site development per se, we mainly discussed tech issues
for whatever site is built. I know this discussion has been
happening in PhillyIMC meetings and a bit on the web list. I think
I may have jumped into the PhillyIMC development list in the middle
of the discussion and didn't get my bearings on what direction it had headed.

As for how this relates to the alternatives IMC, if the PhillyIMC
development process does lead to a more regional approach, we may get
some experience figuring out how to make the site more customizable
to different user groups (i.e. learning how to share a database but
have people from Lancaster view it one way, people from Harriburg
another, etc.)

I'm still planning to see you in Lancaster later today so we can
brainstorm about this in person.

Jay
p.s. We should probably keep the regionalization discussion focused
on the PhillyIMC lists rather than the alternatives one, since the
discussion is more directly tied to where we're going locally. See you later!
