Before the PhillyIMC web meeting last week Strypey and I planned to 
get together to test some open source international free calling 
software but that night my internet connection was busted.  We plan 
to do that soon and suggest a way for us all to connect in voice.

I absolutely agree.  I'm really encouraged by the forward-motion of 
having the PhillyIMC web team involved, having an alternatives IMC 
launch team forming and having some great options for code, software, 
hosting etc.  For a long while we've been moving in the right 
direction, but soooooo slowly.  I think the pace is picking up.
