[Imc-alternatives] PhillyIMC beta site ready to test!!

Hi John,

Do you have any suggestions you may be able to offer to Aaron and the 
team from the Philly IMC about how to retool or at least 
reevaulate?  I assume taking a look through WebbIE would be the first 
step, as you've done.  After that, are there guidelines you can point 
to or methods you can suggest to reorganize to make the site eaiser to read?
