[Imc-alternatives] are we checking-in today?

Hi,

Are we having the weekly Alternatives check-in today?  If so, I'll be 
a few minutes late but I'll try to show up.

Would having an agenda help?  If so, maybe for next week's meeting 
and beyond we can have an agenda of two or three topics and be 
slightly more active in communicating with launch team members about 
the meeting beforehand.  We were building up nice momentum with a few 
inspiring meetings in a row, so let's keep that's going.
