[Imc-alternatives] are we checking-in today?

(i wrote this yesterday when I was in the meeting but my internet 
connection was strange and the message didn't send.  that may explain 
why my irc program wasn't working either.)

I get the security message too.  I've just said to connect anyway and 
haven't had any troubles, as far as I know.  (can anyone who knows 
the tech side of things explain why there are certificate errors with 
the chat.indymedia.org site and/or whether it's okay to connect?)

I'm actually in the #alternatives chat room right now but am having a 
little trouble sending messages.... I have to sign out really soon.

There are a few people signed in but there hasn't been activity since 
I've been on.  I'm thinking that for next week there should be an 
agenda, which I'd be happy to put together, and that should help 
encourage people to come and inspire some forward motion.
