[Imc-alternatives] apologies for check-ins and Aotearoa update

Hi Strypey and all,

Thanks for the update!

Forward motion has been sluggish the last few weeks, though I think 
once the  PhillyIMC site code is ready the tech team will kick back 
into gear.  Also, Nick, as soon as you're settled after your move, 
let's start talking design.

As for this week's check-in, I was going to suggest an agenda but 
nothing much has happened on this list.  Should I come up with 
something anyway?
