[Imc-alternatives] agenda for check-ins

Yeah I think emailing a some chat topics to the list could help us  
attract participants for the irc. Not so much an agenda we have to  
work through, more like a list of discussion starters. Which topics  
will be relevant will depend somewhat on who is there.

I should be able to make it for an hour tommorrow morning. Got to head  
off to a lunchtime workshop after that.
