[Imc-alternatives] update from PhillyIMC

Hi all,

I spoke with Aaron from the PhillyIMC last night and he has a very 
positive update about the PhillyIMC drupal installation.  He says he 
and David Z. worked out most of the kinks and should be ready in a 
couple weeks to start taking logins so people can test the site.  He 
suggests the code should be ready for prime time within a month.

The alternatives launch team didn't collaborate as much with the 
PhillyIMC on the installation  as closely as I thought we might, but 
now that the basics are almost in place, our time is soon coming to shine.
