One channel that is impressing me is the www.current.tv.

They are wanting suggestions and content.  Al Gore started it but they
are doing  some dicey cutting edge stuff, like sending or helping
video folks get into and out of places like Somalia, where traditional
media are not going.

It would be good to have a list of groups or orgs like The Real Media
and current.tv because if you have only the library to get internet
access, like many homeless and poor folks in St. augustine, that would
give them good moving images access.

And,some communities, like Gainesville, Fl and Phila, Pa, with good
Universities doing local gov coverage would be on the list as well.
