[Imc-alternatives] any forward motion?

 Frustrating, my gmail account is receiving the imc-alt emails
consistently, but not this one. I only saw jonathan's response there, not
in this email. I created a gmail email for all the 20plus lists I below
to to gather them in one place (so if you see michaelv, that is me).

I am not a geek/tech, unfortunately, so I can not have any say in this,
but from a practical standpoint it seems it would make things run much
more quickly if there could be some level of collaboration, as you
mention. In Lancaster, besides global or regional lists, we are intending
to move all of our imc-conversations to the social-networking platform,
either crabgrass, what comes of this project, or whatever cms our tech(s)
decide to stick with. Anyhow, would allow indymedia model upgrading while
the crabgrass peeps continue with the social networking platform, could be
interesting.
