[Imc-alternatives] Converting sites to Drupal

Can anybody on this list point me to, or provide me with, some 
procedures for converting sites to Drupal?

The Kansas City Independent Media Site still runs on dadaIMC and I'd 
like to migrate it to Drupal.

Over at Infoshop.org, we are wanting to migrate a bunch of PostNuke 
sites to Drupal.
