[Imc-alternatives] CMS update

Hi Alternatives,

I just looked at the archives for the imc-cms group and see that 
there is progress being made toward coming to a decision.  The 
Drupal, Plone/Zope and CakePHP groups are going to reconvene in an 
IRC meeting on Saturday, January 26.  If I'm around that day I may 
drop in and briefly introduce myself and our project.  I may also 
volunteer to be involved in general in the content/design discussions 
about the new indymedia sites.

Some people who are techies here are, or have become, active 
participants in the CMS discussion (Dimitris and Aaron K. have posted 
to imc-cms lately, and Ryan has been posting here, so he's "one of 
us" too. :)))

As I've mentioned, I'm very much excited about the imc-cms choice 
being made and our potential embrace of it.  We haven't gained 
site-building traction on our own, so going with that flow sounds to 
me like the most reasonable bet.
