I agree completely with this.  Though the name discussion keeps 
rolling on, I think having it has helped us to continue to define the 
nature of the project.  More importantly, as Strypey points out, 
we're not just talking about names and twiddling our thumbs, we're 
also concurrently doing the work of getting the site up, so I'm not 
too concerned about all the time we've spent on names... (well, we're 
sort of working -- we need more volunteers for the implementation 
team!  That's the next step and it has to happen, so step forth now, 
my friends!)

I'm excited about the way the design and layout discussions went 
too.  Since we started talking about this project eons ago I've loved 
the idea of integrating information with action.  I think the design 
we concocted could really make that happen.
