[Imc-alternatives] Local alternatives reporting: (was: any forward motion? (2))

I agree, and I think this is an area where the nontechies can come in
handy. We should begin publishing stories about the IMC-Alt project, as
well as illuminating local alternatives, etc. I am with Jay in that I will
be posting the the phillyimc newswire, well, even after the lpimc newswire
is up.
