Good to see there is some tech enthusiasm, thanks Dave for getting us dev space
on BORG. Thanks also for the info about the database differences between Plone
and Drupal. So, it definitely seems that we need a build-off. Dimitri, let's see
what an Indycore imc-alt site would be like. Do we have someone to bottom-line a
Drupal test site?

In order to build there sites, we need a clearer idea of how we want people to
be able to use them. This is where the non-geeks make their essential
contributions. Here are some more user stories off the top of my head.

1) A permaculture enthusiast arrives at the site and searches for articles
related to permaculture. She is pleased to discover that the search can be
narrowed down to articles from her country, her town, even her neighbourhood.
She is even more pleased to find a couple of articles about a community garden
and a community supported agriculture scheme in her town. She is able to use the
contact information in the articles to contact the groups.

2) A user creates a login on the site. She ticks boxes for various topic (eg
food, health, energy) and media (ie graphic, audio, video) categories. She is
informed of new stories added to those categories by email, and she can choose
between individual, daily, weekly, and monthly updates.

3) A user reads a story on the solutionswire. He makes an anonymous comment,
using an invented name. Other users want to discuss the story in more detail,
and click the link to the discussion forum topic for that story. They login and
carry on a discussion of the story.
