[Imc-alternatives] IMCizing our drupal installation

Hey folks,

I'm excited to help IMC-ize our drupal installation!  I've become
available again.  I'm interested in getting access to the server.
There are two great resources we have that other folks might be
familiar with, but I just wanted to be sure.

#1 -- There is some very helpful documentation to help us give our
installation the features of an IMC site:

There are a number of documents there that list which drupal modules
will be helpful, and where other IMCs share their experiences.  Hurray
for documentation!

#2 -- David and Aaron from Philly have given us a sample installation
based on their work on the Philly indymedia site (which is drupal).  I
have a database dump and the individual files so we can either import
their database dump into a test database and set up the files (which I
did once) or we can just use it as a reference.  As they've set up
Philly using drupal,  they are also terrific resources for specific
questions.
