[Imc-alternatives] Out of commission for a while

I was hoping to put some serious time into this project in Nov/ Dec, now
that my exams, and the New Zealand election are over. Unfortunately my
grandmother died this morning. We were very close, and I'm going to need
some time out for a while. There's never a convenient time for people to
die, but I'm glad she chose this time, when my fixed commitments are
over for the year.

I will keep an eye on the list for irc meeting times, and see if I can
join in and make some helpful contribution still, but no promises.

Just wanted to say thank you all for the fantastic work you all do both
with Indymedia, in other projects, and in your own communities. Being
part of this network is a constant source of inspiration and
encouragement. Sometimes it's just good to know I'm not alone, that
there are others out there who care, and are willing to do something
creative about it. With so many great people contributing what they can,
I have confidence this project will bear fruit in time.
