[Imc-alternatives] just reserved "alternativesimc.org"

Hi alternatives,

In all this rush to get a barebones site up I almost forgot that we 
have nowere official to put it.  In addition to not having come to 
100% conclusion on a site name, this project (despite its longevity!) 
hasn't formally gone through the indymedia network's new-imc process, 
meaning that we can't immediately use 
"alternatives.indymedia.org".  A lot of IMCs have a test site up 
before they go through the process, primarily to get themselves 
organized and to prove their need to exist, which has always been the 
plan here I think.

Anyway, for temporary use I just reserved "AlternativesIMC.org".  I 
know that doesn't translate into other languages, and we can choose 
something else and redirect, but if we're going to get a stripped 
down, blog-like site up to start the gears grinding, I figured 
AlternativesIMC.org was as good a URL as any.
