Hello,

It's exciting that everyone is moving ahead with this project! For  
the design stuff, I think it will make sense to start implementing  
features, then I can apply the design to them. I've never worked with  
Drupal, but I've styled all sorts of CMS systems (wordpress, cmsms,  
wikimedia, etc) and I don't imagine that Drupal will be radically  
different. So I say: go ahead and add some features!
