[Imc-alternatives] implementing solutionswire - content and tech tasks

Open publishing is in place now. We are simply using the math captcha 
which isn't completely bullet proof but should do some to prevent spambots.

I also just grabbed the taxonomy from the previous page Jay had linked 
too and even copied over the descriptions.

I setup the IP anonymizer module to scrub any IPs in the database past 1 
hour.

The next thing we need to do is decide more layout/theming.

I put up an article I wrote to test the functionality. A lot more can be 
done, but we should see about getting the theming.
