It sounds like the first priority is to get the solutionswire in place
on the Drupal beta site (which from now on I'll refer to as AltIMC.org).
After all, we can't in all honesty call ourselves any sort of IMC
without an open-publishing function, right?

This has two elements:

editorial - we need to write an editorial policy for AltIMC.org, to lay
out how volunteers will apply hiding/ deleting powers on the
solutionswire, how content will be chosen for the features column etc. I
will write more on this in a separate email.

tech - implementing open-publishing on AltIMC.org. Philly techs have
done set up an IMC newswire on their IMC, and various other IMCs are
currently running Drupal, so presumably they have too. There is some
documentation on the docs wiki, including this:
