That taxonomy wheel from EVOLVE looks good ...

One of the taxonomy suggestions posted to this list that I disliked
was "criminal justice."  It seems moralistic to me to label folks as
"criminal" ... and it gives credibility to the current
state-sanctioned system of punishment, like the prison industrial
complex system, which has obvious and major human rights problems.

"Restorative Justice" might be a good alternative ... here's the
wikipedia entry about it:

"Transformative Justice" is another similar and broader concept:

I'm wondering if these alternatives are too specific and narrow ...
what could we use to replace "criminal justice" in our taxonomy?  Any
thoughts?
