[Imc-alternatives] implementing solutionswire - content and tech tasks

I can help with this, drupal theming is an artform in and of itself. The 
basic functionality in terms of the solution newswire is up, but that's 
about it.

The best thing to do with either come up with a CSS based 
stylesheet/template and then get help converting it into Drupal or start 
modifying a drupal theme that already exists.
Do you already have the theme CSS and templated or is it just a image 
file at this point ?
