[Imc-alternatives] implementing solutionswire - content and tech tasks

Yes, I think we can start applying the design to what we have.  
Although, do we have the basic functionality of the site in Drupal at  
this point? And I'm supposing I will need some sort of admin or ftp  
access to start creating new templates.
