[Imc-alternatives] list admins (was: list admin request)

I took a long break from the net over the summer, and I'm still  
catching up with the backlog. Have been a bit slack about clearing the  
imc-alt admin requests, especially since most of them are the same  
spanish-language spam I get in my riseup account. Apologies for that.  
If anyone else would like to be a list admin for a while, please let  
Jay and I know. To paraphrase Linus' law, many eyes make spam shallow ;)
