[Imc-alternatives] short delay/international indy gathering

Hi,

Two quick things.  First, I said I'd get to adding lots of new text 
(updating mission statement, help text, etc.) on our test site last 
week but ran out of time.  I'm shooting for this week.  I'm also 
planning to start putting out feelers for another code day, so be 
prepared.  Check out the updated task list:

Second, there has been talk on the imc-communication list about there 
being a tenth anniversary (can you believe it?) global indymedia 
gathering in Brazil over the week between Christmas and New Years, 
probably December 26-31.  It wouldn't be a looking-back time as much 
as a gathering to propel indymedia into the future.  The Alternatives 
IMC is definitely part of the future, so I imagine, if this gathering 
happens, this project will be a big part of the festivities.
