[Imc-alternatives] brief update from irc meeting

Hey drupal-techy-folks:
Can someone with some drupal knowledge help me develop an approach to
building the solutions-wire and knowledge-wire pages?  These are mocked up
in the wireframes/design that Nick put together.

Basically, these are just pages based on a View but with customized layout
(like the front page) of the main list and the right set of blocks in the
right sidebar.  I think this should relatively straightforward ... but ...
it's not clear to me how best to set this up with Panels, etc.  Any guidance
anyone can offer?
