[Imc-alternatives] brief update from irc meeting

Hi alternatives,

Strypey and I dug through the test site a bit while talking in IRC 
Monday evening/Tuesday and explored ways to promote solutionswire 
posts to features.  We talked about the importance of making the 
editorial administration area much more streamlined than it is 
now.  Next week will be a content discussion in which we'll try to 
flesh out the editorial guidelines by solidifying a list of 
suggestions for what to post and what not to post.

We're still fishing for tech takers for the next code 
sprint.  There's a ton of almost-done stuff that could become 
completely done in an afternoon.
