A page has been created on twiki to clarify the situation for the 
network about the real situation in Belgium. This text is under 
construction, that's why it has been posted on twiki to allow people 
from local collectives and ex-members of indy.be to give their opinions. 
So you're highly invited to change/correct/add what you want. The idea 
is to translate the final version and then send it to Global.

réseau sur la vraie situation en Belgique. Ce texte est en construction, 
c'est pourquoi il a été publié sur twiki pour permettre aux gens des 
collectifs locaux et aux ex-membres d'indy.be de donner leur opinions.
